We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team, based in Grimsby. You will be confident, enthusiastic and self-driven, with previous experience essential. You will be responsible for building the business and managing your own client base.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business relationships
· Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer
· Source and attract passive/active candidates for roles
· Manage own client base to maintain relationships
About You:
· Proactive, highly organised and energetic who is able to work with minimal supervision/support
· Excellent typing skills; word processing and overall presentation of work
· Competent user of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
· Able to manage a flexible and changing workload
· Confident and clear communicator (written and oral)
· Customer focused with a positive attitude, independent and proactive
· Enthusiastic and self-motivated, able to work independently but also work as part of a team
· Have the ability to work well under pressure
