Humber Recruitment is looking for a Trainee Process Technician to work for a prestigious client, to deliver the day to day manufacturing performance of the plant. The successful candidate will:

Health Safety and Environmental requirements:

• Comply with the Company and statutory requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act section 7 as well as the environment
• Co-operate in ensuring the health, safety and welfare of themselves, colleagues and visitors (e.g. customers, contractors) whilst at work
• Co-operate via communication, consultation and participation in the SHEQ management systems
• Co-operate in protecting resources by minimising energy usage, waste and emissions to benefit the planet.

Principal Accountabilities/Critical Objectives:

• Conversant in the use of SWP’s
• Reports near misses & incidents.

Operational

• Manufacturing
• Polymer Making
• Spinning
• Finishing Train
• Baling
• Raw Materials
• Quality

Other Accountabilities:

• Liaising with Engineering team to maximise performance and reliability.

This role will operate on a rotation of day and night shifts.
