Course Content

To help Supervisors understand: Identifying stakeholders and meeting their needs; basic project planning and control. Team resource planning, recognising and managing change, effective task decision-making and recognising the wider implications of decisions.


Focusing on the job site, this module provides an introduction to the planning and decision-making skills needed to get the job done, particularly recognising the commercial impact of decisions made.
