To help Supervisors or other employees with responsibility for the management of health, safety & the environment to understand their legal requirements and accountability for health & safety, the role of both safety representatives and committees. The importance of risk assessments and how to prepare them, accident investigation and preparing recommendations. Principles of managing HSE and measuring performance, how to implement measures to control industrial and commercial impacts on the environment and the importance of environmental management systems.
