Humber Recruitment are resourcing Site Supervisors for Allied Protek, a leading provider of engineering services and solutions across the UK, which is actively seeking to expand its current team.

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Site Supervisors on behalf of Allied Protek to oversee operations at their project sites. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to supervise a team effectively, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
• Implement training programmes for new staff members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food factory industry is essential
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to the site environment
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively, providing motivation and support as needed
• Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment
