Job Overview

To oversee all HR functions across multiple companies, ensuring alignment with company strategy and compliance with regulations, while also fostering employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution:

• • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives

• • Identify and address HR challenges and opportunities

• Talent Management:

• • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

• • Manage employee performance, providing feedback and coaching

• • Develop and implement training and development programs

• • Manage employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts

• Compliance & Legal:

• • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

• • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

• • Provide guidance to managers on policies and procedures

• Employee Engagement & Culture:

• • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment

• • Foster employee engagement and motivation

• • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies

• Leadership & Team Management:

• • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support

• • Collaborate with other departments and senior management

• Compensation & Benefits:

• • Manage compensation and benefits programs

• • Ensure that compensation and benefits are competitive and aligned with industry standard
