Humber Recruitment are pleased to be resourcing an Accounts Assistant for one of our clients in Grimsby.

 

Hours

Monday to Thursday – 8am to 5pm

Friday – 8am to 3pm

General Role Duties

  • Sage 50 accounts and payroll
  • Data Entry
  • Record keeping
  • Wages
  • Pension
  • Invoice processing
  • Supplier invoice processing and payment
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Generating cash flow forecasts
  • Logging of purchase invoices to projects
  • Answering the telephones when needed
