Humber Recruitment are pleased to be resourcing a Senior Fee Earner Probate Solicitor/FCILEX/Paralegal for a client of ours in Skegness.

Role Based in: Skegness, Lincolnshire – Full Remote Home Working Available
Reporting to: Directors of the Company
Hours and Holiday: Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm. 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. Part-time working will be considered for the right candidate
Salary: £40,000.00 – £55,000.00 dependent upon experience.
Minimum Requirements to be Considers for the Role
You will join a thriving private client department, where you will have a mixed caseload of probate and complex Wills. You will be required to work with your colleagues and the Directors of the company to proactively promote the department and assist with future business planning for the department and its personnel.
In order to be considered for this role, your application must reflect that you have a minimum of 4 years experience of directly handling a range of Probate and Will cases from start to finish with minimum supervision, including advising on and drafting the following:
- Wills
- Probate
- Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection
- Trusts
- Estate Planning
- Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax
The successful candidate will be:
- IT literate with the ability to work effectively on a case management system
- Able to work well as a team, as well as being able to work on your own initiative
- Willing to participate in business development activities
- You will have excellent client care and interpersonal skills
