Humber Recruitment are pleased to be resourcing a Wills and Probate Solicitor/FCILEX/Paralegal for a client of ours in Skegness.
Introduction
This role will suit a qualified Solicitor or Member of Cilex, or an unqualified paralegal/fee earner with a minimum of 2 years’ experience of directly handing wills and probate cases from start to finish.
Role Based in: Skegness, Lincolnshire – Hybrid Working Available
Reporting to: Department Director and HR
Hours and Holiday: Full-time, permanent, position Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
Salary: £25,000.00 – £40,000.00 dependent upon experience
Minimum Requirements to be Considers for the Role
You will join a thriving private client department, where you will have a varied mix of cases relating to private client work.
In order to be considered for this role, your application must reflect that you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of handling a range of Will cases from start to finish with minimal supervision, including advising on and drafting of the following:
- Wills
- Power of Attorney applications
- Court of Protection applications
The successful candidate will be trained to undertake the following areas:
- Probate
- Trusts
- Estate Planning
- Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax
The successful candidate will be:
- IT literate with the ability to work effectively on a case management system
- Able to work well as a team, as well as being able to work on your own initiative
- You will have excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
