Humber Recruitment are pleased to be resourcing a Facade CAD Engineer/Draughtsperson for a new client of ours based in Hull.
The client is a reputable façade contractor looking for an experienced façade CAD designer/draughtsperson to join their growing design team.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with architects and main contractors
- Produce drawings to attain construction status approval
- Produce schedules for the processing and procurement departments
- Liaison with facade engineers and procurement team
- Support the submission of project technical documentation
- Contribute towards product design and system design development
Requirements
- Proficiency use of AutoCAD & Revit would be preferable
- Minimum of five years working with Curtain walling, windows and doors
- Detailing of facade systems and interfaces
- Ability to commute to Kingston Upon Hull
- Self-motivated and must have a natural interest in facades and technologies
Education:
- Bachelor’s (preferred)
Experience:
- facades: 5 years (preferred)
