Humber Recruitment are currently resourcing 10 Industrial Labourers for a high-level client of ours working in Immingham for a 10-day shutdown from 17th April.

Job Overview

We are seeking 10 reliable and hardworking Industrial Labourers for a 10-day shutdown project at our client’s Immingham site, starting on 17th April. This is a physically demanding role requiring candidates who are comfortable working in an industrial environment and carrying out manual handling tasks throughout 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Hand shovelling heavy materials onto isolated conveyor systems
• Assisting with industrial cleaning during shutdown
• Manual handling of materials and equipment
• Supporting maintenance teams as required
• Adhering strictly to all health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Requirements

• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual labour
• Previous experience in industrial or shutdown environments preferred
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts in a demanding environment
• Strong health & safety awareness
• CSCS card (preferred, if required)
• Full PPE required (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots, gloves, goggles)

What’s On Offer

• £15.00 per hour
• 10-hour shifts
• 10 days continuous work
• Immediate start on 17th April
• Potential for future shutdown work for reliable operatives

Additional Information

This role involves repetitive heavy lifting and shovelling duties. Applicants must be prepared for physically intensive work throughout each shift.
