Humber Recruitment are resourcing for an Administration Assistant on behalf of our client in Stallingborough.
The client are looking for a responsible Administration Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks at their Stallingborough site. Duties will include but not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scanning and photocopying
- Filing both paper and electronic documents
- Book travel arrangements including hotels
The candidate must have:
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines
