Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Food Machine Installers on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products within the food manufacturing industry, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively. As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and timely service.

Duties

• Carry out installations of products according to specifications and company standards.
• Supervise and manage installation projects, ensuring that timelines are met and quality is maintained.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations during installation processes.
• Conduct site assessments prior to installation to identify any potential challenges or requirements.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns during the installation process.
• Document installation processes and report any issues or discrepancies to management.

Experience

• Proven experience in a similar installation role within the food manufacturing industry is essential, showcasing strong technical skills.
• Experience in supervising teams or managing projects would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and safety regulations is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
