Pipe Fitters (Usk)

Humber Recruitment are resourcing Pipe Fitters for Allied Protek, a leading provider of engineering services and solutions across the UK. The position is based in Usk, South Wales with UK site shutdown work when required with immediate start dates.

Role Description

Applicants must be willing to work away when required. In addition, accommodation will be paid for those willing to travel.

The role involves day-to-day tasks such as interpreting engineering drawings, manufacturing and installation of fabrications/pipework/ductwork/sheet metalwork, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained plus collaborating with the engineering team to meet installation requirements. Applicants must also be willing to work away when required.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified time-served
• Experience in stainless steel fabrication and welding
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards required for hygienic installations
• Collaborative teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and precision
