Humber Recruitment are resourcing a local Project Engineer for Allied Protek, a leading provider of engineering services and solutions across the UK, who are actively seeking to expand their current team.

The Project Manager will assist in the planning and supervision of a wide range of construction projects from start to finish and develop their career further with the client. The ideal person will develop the ability to organise and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner, must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and good organisational skills.

Project Manager Responsibilities include progressing into the role of Project Manager by developing the ability to:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Evaluate risk management, including writing RAMS etc to minimise project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
