Humber Recruitment are hiring a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Grimsby on a part-time basis.
Hours
Wednesday & Thursday – 08:30 – 17:00
Friday – 08:30 – 16:00
The ideal candidate will be:
- Confident and presentable
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
- Good communicator
- Extremely organised
- Team Player
- Competent user of Microsoft packages (Word and Excel)
- Have knowledge and experience of the recruitment process
- Positive with the ability to focus and concentrate without distraction
- Can handle a fast-paced environment
Main roles and responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through job boards and social media platforms
- Telephone screening, face-to-face interviews and interview preparation
- To assist with administration tasks, answering the phone and attending walk-in’s
- You will be self-disciplined, determined and motivated with a good work ethic
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Recruiting: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
