Humber Recruitment are seeking Skilled Welders with expertise in pipework and box section to join our client’s team in Usk, South Wales.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

– Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine project specifications

– Fabricate and assemble pipework systems using TIG welding techniques

– Ensure high-quality welds by monitoring welding parameters and inspecting completed welds

– Perform preventative maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime

– Collaborate with other members of the team to identify and solve welding-related issues

– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

– Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in TIG welding

– Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and quality standards

– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

– Familiarity with welding equipment and tools

– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

– Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

– Good communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
